Fedegari expands with the new HUB in Northern Europe

We are delighted to announce that, as of January 1st, Fedegari Group has successfully acquired 100% ownership of Steritec SA. With the integration of Steritec into the Fedegari family, our global footprint is now fortified with four strategic hubs. Together with our headquarters in Italy from which we globally support the market, these hubs cater specifically to the American Market from the USA, the Asian Market from Singapore and Northern Europe from the newly established Belgian hub.

This strategic move is driven by our unwavering commitment to solidifying our commitment to delivering unparalleled service and establishing a direct line of communication with our esteemed clientele in Northern Europe. This strategic move marks our dedication to enhancing our presence in the region.

By assuming full control of the distributorship in Belgium and Holland, Fedegari aims to establish an advanced Hub for Northern Europe, offering a comprehensive range of services and support. The key objectives of this significant acquisition include:

• Trained Technicians: We will deploy skilled technicians to cover the territories of Belgium and Holland promptly, extending our reach to neighboring countries such as Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Baltic Republics.

• Spare Parts Availability: The Hub will stock a wide array of spare parts facilitating immediate service and maintenance, to minimize downtime and optimize the performance of sterilization equipment.
• Expertise and Knowledge Transfer: Fedegari’s profound competence and knowledge in the field will be readily accessible, contributing to discussions on new projects and investments, fostering innovation and growth.
• Local Technical Center: A dedicated technical center will be established for training and the development of new cycles, fostering collaboration with Northern European customers to address specific needs and advancements in sterilization technology.
